Assistant Accountant | Leeds - office based | £35,000 plus study support and a development plan

I am recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a high growth, successful business that is committed to developing its people. With full study support, a structured development plan, and hands-on exposure to management accounts, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their finance career.

You'll work closely with an experienced finance team, gaining exposure across all areas of accounting while taking ownership of key processes including credit control, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end activities.

What We're Looking For

AAT Qualified
Studying towards, or looking to start, ACCA/CIMA
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant role
Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive individual who is keen to learn and progress
