Overview

You'll wear three hats: a management accountant ensuring we have the financial clarity to make smart decisions, a financial controller keeping our operations running smoothly, and a results coach helping our leadership team set, track, and achieve their goals. It’s a unique role that blends analytical rigour with people development.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in management accounting, including preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software – Xero experience highly desirable.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong understanding of cash‑flow management and working capital.
• Experience liaising with external accountants, payroll providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.

• Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Understanding of project‑based accounting and profitability analysis.
• Experience coaching or supporting leaders to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge of staff cost analysis, utilisation, and charge‑out rate optimisation.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and pension scheme management.
