Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to support the Head of Commercial in the day-to-day financial operations of the division. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, delivering insightful analysis, and partnering with key stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.

• Deliver clear, actionable P&L insights, helping the business understand performance drivers and make informed decisions
• Take ownership of divisional financial operations, ensuring accurate, timely reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, partnering with stakeholders to drive realistic and achievable targets
• Provide commercial challenge and insight to improve revenue, margin, and overall performance
• Drive continuous improvement, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across finance activities
• Ensure strong financial governance and contractual compliance
• Develop and lead the finance team, building capability and supporting high performance
• Enhance the quality and pace of management information, enabling better business decision-making

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with relevant commercial finance experience
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Proven experience in P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with experience improving processes and driving change
