We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to lead financial operations across the region, supporting both day‑to‑day performance and strategic decision‑making.

You will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring strong governance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve performance
Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory requirements
Manage audits and act as key point of contact for external stakeholders
Oversee regional reporting and ensure consistency across entities
Support cashflow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives
Lead and support finance teams across multiple locations

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in financial control and multi‑entity environments
Background in international / cross‑border settings
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) + advanced Excel
