• Join a national Banking team advising on a diverse range of finance transactions.
• Work across corporate finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance matters.
• Advise private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, alternative lenders and investment funds.
• Gain exposure to domestic and cross-border transactions involving a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, private equity, tax, restructuring, construction and real estate teams.
• Develop experience across multiple finance specialisms within a single practice.
• Play an active role in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Work on high-value transactions for a well-established client base spanning multiple sectors.

• Qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance matters.
• Experience gained within a recognised banking, finance or transactional practice.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working across a varied workload and managing competing priorities.
• Interested in developing expertise across different areas of finance law.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and keen to contribute to business development and wider team initiatives.
