Finance Business Partner

£55,000 - £60,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a Leeds-based employer as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This opportunity would suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis and supporting business performance through high-quality financial insight.

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support, analysis and challenge

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

• Produce accurate and insightful management information to support decision making

• Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate opportunities and support business initiatives

• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities

• Support business cases and track performance against agreed objectives

• Present findings and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

• Drive improvements to reporting processes and management information

• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance role

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence and challenge constructively

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Salary of £55,000 - £60,000

• Hybrid working arrangement
