Your Mission The position is based in Leeds, United Kingdom, and is responsible for servicing the legal entities in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Sweden. Be the trusted finance partner ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency while actively driving performance and profitability across the UK, Norway, and Sweden.
How you will make a difference- Act as the primary finance business partner to the Managing Director and local leadership across the UK, Norway, and Sweden, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all assigned legal entities in line with Group standards.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax, audit, and statutory requirements across the UK, Norwegian, and Swedish entities.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and cost management across the organisation.
- Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment.
- Finance business partnering in an international, multi‑entity environment, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling across different legal and regulatory frameworks.
- In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with hands‑on experience using SAP, Tagetik, or comparable ERP systems.
- Analytical strength to convert complex financial information into clear recommendations for decision‑making.
- People leadership and communication skills that enable effective team development and cross‑country collaboration.
- A genuinely hands‑on controlling role with broad responsibility across three lean, international legal entities.
- Close collaboration with Managing Directors and local teams, with short decision paths and high visibility.
- Real ownership of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance rather than managing large layers or structures.
- An international scope from a Leeds base, with practical exposure to UK, Norwegian, and Swedish business environments.
- A hybrid working model offering flexibility while staying closely connected to the business.
