Junior Purchase Ledger

Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes Reconciling supplier statements Handling supplier queries professionally Preparing payment runs Maintaining accurate financial records Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration is desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems Good communication skills and a proactive approach Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance team What's in it for you?
