An inquisitive mindset and a focus on transformational improvements are essential.
The role reports to our Senior Finance Manager – Revenue and is part of a wider team of Finance Business Partners. It is a hybrid position, involving both virtual and in‑person work at a designated TU office for a minimum of two days a week.
- Lead the end‑to‑end revenue forecasting process for sector and line of business, delivering accurate, insightful projections and trend analysis.
- Champion best practices, leverage latest tools, transform and simplify revenue models to improve forecasting methodologies and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate, timely month‑end deliverables and drive visibility of revenue performance through dashboards, KPIs and strong narratives.
- Provide financial input, challenge and scenario modelling for new commercial deals and support pricing decision‑making through margin analysis and P&L impact assessment.
- Operate as a strategic partner across Go‑To‑Market (Sales), Solutions, Finance and Executive teams, proactively managing communication and timelines with UK and European stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, high‑performance and collaboration across Revenue FP&A and teams in multiple locations.
- Work closely with the wider function to drive initiatives that make Finance a great place to work.
- Qualified accountant with proven expertise in FP&A, commercial finance or revenue analytics in a complex or fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of revenue modelling, forecasting methodologies and key commercial metrics, with a high degree of commercial acumen and a proactive, curious mindset.
- Experience in developing and implementing new tools, processes and forecast methodologies, ideally within Revenue.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- A growth‑mindset champion who thrives on change, encourages innovation and contributes to a high‑performance culture within the team.
- A strong sense of accountability, flexibility and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Work/life flexibility.
- Resources for teams globally to collaborate and drive excellence.
