Management Accountant

We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our team at Head Office on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. As a Management Accountant you will be responsible to produce monthly management accounts, annual financial accounts and other financial and management information as required. More about what you will do! The production of monthly management and annual financial accounts.

Production of budgets, and the analysis of variances. Presentation of such reports to the management team. Monitoring and review of current accounting systems in order to recommend and introduce improved methods of working. Liaison with internal and external bodies. To liaise with accounting support staff, including Administration Team leaders. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations. To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

To contribute to the Division finance team in relation to facilitating continuous improvement. What we need from you! 3 - 4 years post qualification experience in an accountancy function Membership of a Professional Accountancy body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Confidence to use initiative, and to problem solve, and in reporting this to the management team.

Computer literate. Ability to contribute within a team environment.
