FP&A Analyst

A well-established business is going through a significant period of finance transformation. The team is scaling and this hire is part of a broader build-out.

This is a partnering-focused FP&A role. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, translating financial data into clear analysis that supports decision-making. The expectation is that you understand what’s driving performance and can communicate it clearly.

• Production and reporting across all aspects of financial planning and forecasting.
• Building dashboards and reporting packs that turn data into actionable insight.
• Variance analysis and financial results commentary including underlying drivers.
• Business partnering with stakeholders on performance, cost drivers and financial implications.
• Supporting business case production including cost-benefit and ROI modelling.
• Contributing to process improvement, automation and system enhancements.

• Part or Newly qualified — ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in a finance team with a solid understanding of cost and revenue analysis.
• Comfortable operating in a less structured environment and building things out.
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of delivering useful insight.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear communicator able to adapt style across different stakeholders.
