• Act as a bridge between finance, operations, fleet, treasury and commercial teams.
• Shape and control millions of pounds of investment, ensuring asset performance is understood and optimised.
• Own and improve the asset picture, embedding controls and ensuring data reliability.
• Model ROI and profitability for assets, and develop CAPEX strategy balancing growth and maintenance.
• Drive system and data integration across multiple platforms.
• Provide commercial insights linked to operational performance.
• Influence decisions at board level and participate in key conversations where decisions are made.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or close to qualification).
• Strong grounding in accounting, controls or analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and drive change.
• Curious, asking questions and comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrives in roles that evolve and requires rapid learning.

• FP&A – shaping forecasts and forward‑looking insight.
• Commercial finance – linking operations, contracts and profitability.
• Management accounting – broader control and reporting roles.
• Finance business partnering – deeper operational alignment.
• Corporate Treasury – funding, investment and capital allocation.
