Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the finance function, providing both strategic direction and operational excellence across the business.

You'll be responsible for developing and leading the finance team while ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll be just as comfortable supporting board‑level decision making as you are rolling your sleeves up to improve the day‑to‑day running of the finance function.

As the business continues to grow internationally, you'll work closely with the leadership team to support commercial decision making, operational performance and future expansion.

You'll be an experienced finance leader who enjoys building high‑performing teams while remaining close enough to the detail to drive meaningful improvements.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• International finance experience, including exposure to US operations.
• Strong financial reporting, audit and governance experience.
• Experience implementing finance systems, technology or process improvements.
• Exposure to a private equity‑backed business or supporting a corporate transaction would be highly advantageous.
• Treasury or foreign exchange hedging experience would be beneficial.
