Temporary Finance Assistant
We are working with an organisation in Leeds who is looking for a Finance Assistant to support their finance function on a temporary/part‑time, on‑site basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience who can support day‑to‑day finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Inputting data and reconciliation
- Assisting with payments, banking, and petty cash
- Supporting basic financial reporting and admin tasks
- General finance support as required
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
- Experience using accounting software's (Quickbooks, Xero)
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work independently on‑site
- Available for a temporary, part‑time assignment
