OA Group is seeking a Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst for a 12-month FTC in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on reviewing customer journeys to ensure fair, compliant outcomes and supporting FCA and Consumer Duty compliance. Full-time hours, hybrid after training.
You will analyse data, produce reports, identify risks and drive improvements within automotive financial services. Previous automotive finance QA experience essential; strong communication and analytical skills required.
