Finance Administrator

Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established independent wealth management firm with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator.

The company is based in central Leeds and provides bespoke wealth-management and financial-planning services to private clients. It has operated since 2004 and focuses on building long-term client relationships through independent, tailored advice.

Permanent position. This role will initially be office-based during the training period, with hybrid working available once the successful candidate is fully trained.

Fully negotiable, depending on experience and capabilities + discretionary bonus + private medical insurance + additional benefits

• Provide administrative support to the Client Service Directors and wider wealth-management team.
• Prepare and pre-complete client application forms.
• Produce cost and charges disclosure documents.
• Obtain provider illustrations and supporting product information.
• Prepare factsheets, Key Investor Information Documents and other pre-advice paperwork.
• Submit new business applications and investment trades through investment platforms and life companies.
• Ensure all applications and trades are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
