Payroll and Finance Specialist

Sharp Consultancy are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds who are looking for an experienced payroll and finance specialist to join the business.

Joining a friendly finance team you will take ownership over the payroll processes for the business alongside supporting the wider finance team with finance and accounting operations.

• Processing both weekly and monthly payroll

• Completing HMRC reporting and timesheet analysis

• Dealing with any payroll and payslip queries

• Support the P11d processing and management of attachment of earnings

• Assisting with monthly P&L

• Credit and petty cash processing

• Bank reconciliations

• VAT returns

• Review of supplier statements

• Previous experience of payroll processing and up to date HMRC knowledge

• Excellent communication

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Worked to timed deadlines

• Microsoft proficient

• Salary up to £35000 per annum

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 16:00

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Free onsite parking
