Flexible (DOE) Bonus Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An established, independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who wants to play a more influential role — whether that’s mentoring junior team members, shaping processes, or progressing towards an advisory position in the future.
You’ll be working with high-quality clients on a holistic planning basis, supporting advisers with complex cases across pensions, investments and protection.
Key Responsibilities Writing high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation Producing and maintaining detailed cashflow models Supporting advisers with technical research and case preparation Providing responses to complex client and adviser queries Assisting with ongoing portfolio reviews and planning strategies Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners and team members Contributing to improvements in templates, processes and technical standards Keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes About You Minimum 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning firm Level 4 Diploma qualified Strong technical knowledge Experience writing detailed, client-facing reports Confident using Excel and financial planning tools A proactive and collaborative approach What’s on Offer Competitive salary (flexible depending on experience) Annual discretionary bonus (consistently paid) Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home after onboarding) Full study support towards Chartered status Career progression opportunities, including route to Adviser Pension contribution, private medical cover & death in service 24 days holiday bank holidays (increasing with service) Supportive, collaborative team culture Apply Now If you’re a skilled paraplanner looking for the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
