• Leading on your portfolio of IOSCO committees, including supporting senior leadership on the IOSCO MMOU MG, Fin Tech Taskforce and the new Wholesale Conduct committee
• Supporting the FCA’s international engagement at IOSCO on various topics
• Working with other teams within the International Division and across the FCA, contributing to the development and delivery of the FCA’s overall strategy for international engagement, influencing and advocacy across key policy areas
• Working with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders to develop international policy positions on key issues of common interest to the UK.
• Monitoring the work and output of IOSCO and other international stakeholders and authorities, ensuring intelligence and policy developments are understood effectively throughout the FCA.
• Provide strong analysis of complex regularly and stakeholder management issues to seniors and brief them for meetings.
• Support broader work across the Global Institutions Team where appropriate. This may include, for example, supporting the FCA’s contribution to the upcoming IMF financial sector assessment programme, or work on non-bank financial intermediation issues
