Description

Process daily financial transactions, including client and office account payments.
Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle client ledger queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.

Profile

A successful Senior Legal Cashier should have:

Experience in legal cashiering within a professional services environment.
A solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and compliance requirements.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to solving problems and managing workload.

Job Offer
