Senior Risk Manager

Are you a talented senior risk manager with extensive experience gained from an occupational pension scheme and institutional investment environment? Then this is an exceptional opportunity to d rive the evolution of the Group Risk Management Framework of a leading UK pensions provider . Taking charge of the development and implementation of Group-wide risk management standards, you will: ensure robust governance and the consistent identification, management and reporting of material risks;

manage the strategic direction, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance platform; provide expert risk oversight of strategic initiatives, business change and new propositions. As a thought leader, role model and dedicated risk specialist, you will be instrumental in: driving the development and embedding of a positive risk culture; promoting confident and informed risk-taking aligned to the Groups risk appetite.

To be successful in the role, you will: have a Masters in risk management and/or an Institute of Risk Management Diploma; likely possess other relevant business qualifications (CISI, CeMAP, CII, CIPP); be experienced in implementing, operating, and embedding Governance Risk and Compliance tools; have extensive experience of risk advisory/assurance techniques and operations.
