Finance Business Partner

This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shape pricing strategy, improve profitability and help steer the future direction of a key business unit.

You'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, providing robust financial insight, strategic challenge and actionable recommendations that drive performance.

• Leading pricing and customer profitability analysis, supporting commercial tenders and ensuring profitable growth.
• Owning budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.
• Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better, faster decision‑making.
• Identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends across sites and work streams to maximize margin and profitability.
• Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing support, challenge and commercial guidance.
• Leading and developing a small team while acting as deputy to the MVS Finance Director when required.

Are you a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on turning insights into action? We're seeking a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• The ability to translate complex financial data into compelling business recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to improve outcomes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting tools, with Power BI experience advantageous.
