Trusts Senior Manager – Leeds Leeds | Full-Time | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary  Benefits 're recruiting an experienced Trusts Senior Manager to join a growing Private Client Tax team in Leeds . This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA-qualified Trusts specialist to take a leading role in developing the firm's trusts offering. You'll combine technical expertise with client relationship management, team leadership and business development, helping to build a strong and scalable Trusts service.

Key Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of trust tax compliance and advisory work Act as a key technical expert across Trusts, IHT, CGT and private client taxation Provide strategic advice to HNW clients, trustees and families Review complex trust tax work and ensure high technical standards Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to grow and develop the firm's Trusts offering Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the Private Client Tax team Work closely with Corporate Tax, Financial Planning, Audit and other advisory teams Support business development through networking, presentations and thought leadership Keep up to date with changes in trust and tax legislation Drive improvements to trust processes, compliance and best practice Contribute to the strategic development of the Trusts service line About You CTA qualified , with a strong specialism in Trusts STEP qualified or working towards the qualification would be advantageous Significant experience in trust taxation and private client tax Strong technical knowledge of IHT, CGT and trust legislation Experience managing complex client portfolios Proven leadership and team development experience Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills Commercially minded with business development experience Able to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels What's on Offer Hybrid and flexible working Competitive salary and benefits Senior leadership role within a growing Trusts offering Complex HNW and private client work Opportunity to shape and develop the Trusts service line Strong business development and networking opportunities Leadership and mentoring responsibilities Professional development and technical training Clear career progression Supportive and collaborative team environment Location Leeds, West Yorkshire Commutable from Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Huddersfield, York, Halifax and surrounding areas .
