This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment.

You will work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, taking ownership of a varied portfolio of administration and supporting the smooth running of the end-to-end advice process.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
• Handling complex client queries and providing a high level of service
• Preparing documentation for client reviews
• Obtaining and analysing portfolio valuations
• Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
• Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently
