Hawksworth Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to 65,000 DOE + Benefits + Free Parking Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business operating within a specialist environment, supporting senior leadership in driving commercial performance, strategic decision-making and continued growth.

Working closely with the Directors and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in providing financial insight, improving commercial reporting, supporting business planning and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making

Produce meaningful financial analysis and commercial insights

Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities

Develop and enhance KPI reporting and management information

Support contract profitability and project performance reviews

Drive process improvements and financial controls

Assist with longer-term business growth initiatives and commercial projects

Support and challenge operational leaders to maximise business performance

What you'll need to succeed Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

Commercially focused with the ability to influence senior decision-makers

Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities

Experience gained within professional services, construction, project-based or commercially driven environments would be advantageous

Ambitious, proactive and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
