Your new role

As a Tax Director within the Financial Services team, you will take on a senior leadership position, delivering complex international tax advisory projects to a wide-ranging client base, from growing inbound businesses to large multinational organisations.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

Leading the end-to-end delivery of tax projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a commercially focused approach

Identifying and driving new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and leveraging insights from previous engagements

Developing and strengthening internal and external networks to support business growth

Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members through delegation and on-the-job training

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced tax professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership capability, ideally within Financial Services.

A client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholdersA proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience in leading teams and developing junior staff

Strong technical expertise in international tax, including reviewing and advisory workA relevant professional qualification such as ATT, ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent knowledge, e.g. a legal qualification)
