Graduate Accountant

Graduate Accountant West London (Hybrid) | Study Support Provided An excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking to accelerate their career within a large, international organisation.

This role offers exposure to management accounts, reporting, analysis and commercial finance whilst providing full training and study support towards a professional qualification alongside genuine opportunities for rapid progression. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support a multi-site finance function, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting Prepare payroll reconciliations and labour cost analysis Support month-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments Analyse financial performance and investigate variances Review supplier invoices and resolve finance queries Support forecasting and budgeting activities Assist with asset verification and finance projects Work closely with Finance Analysts and operational stakeholders across multiple locations About You Degree educated in Accounting, Finance or a related subject Strong analytical and numerical skills Good Excel skills and confidence working with data Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines Ambitious, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in finance What's on Offer Full study support towards ACCA or CIMA Fast-track career progression opportunities Exposure to a large, multi-site business Broad finance experience across reporting, analysis and commercial finance Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Competitive package Car parking onsite and easily accessible on public transport Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
