This opportunity would suit a qualified finance professional with significant leadership experience who enjoys influencing strategy, leading teams, and delivering operational excellence.
The Role Reporting into the executive leadership team, key responsibilities will include:
Leading the overall finance function and providing strategic financial leadership across the organisation. Developing and implementing financial plans that support business objectives and sustainable growth. Producing accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models. Delivering meaningful management information and performance reporting to senior stakeholders. Ensuring strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
Overseeing statutory accounts, audit processes, and tax compliance requirements. Providing commercial support around business cases, investments, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives. Identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team. Driving continuous improvement across financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies. Building strong relationships with board members, senior leaders, and external partners. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Proven experience operating at Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or a similar senior leadership level. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting and audit management. Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Demonstrable commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decision-making. A track record of leading and developing finance teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience delivering process improvements, finance transformation projects, or systems enhancements. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
