A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The roleYou will help manage the firm's cash transactions across its offices.
- Process client and office account payments, including foreign currency
- Allocate receipts and clear unallocated cash
- Carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle client money in line with regulatory rules
- Support month end reporting and suggest process improvements
- Experience of bank reconciliations, payments and cash allocation
- Good knowledge of financial controls
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in a regulated finance setting, ideally a law firm, or a relevant degree
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
