This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll work closely with clients, helping them find the right mortgage solutions while delivering a first-class experience from application to completion.  
** What you'll be doing*
* * Providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
* Understanding clients' circumstances and recommending suitable mortgage solutions.
* Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
* Managing applications through the full mortgage journey.
* Delivering excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
* Keeping accurate records and maintaining high-quality case files.
* Proactively generating and developing business opportunities.  
** What we're looking for*
* * CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
* Previous experience advising on mortgages.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A customer-first approach.
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
* Comfortable working in a regulated environment.
* Commercially minded with a desire to grow your business and client base.
