AAB delivers tax advisory services to a wide portfolio of clients including UHNW/HNW Individuals, Business and Farm Owners, Non-resident Individuals, Globally Mobile Executives, Partnerships, Trusts and Estates.

Ultimately reporting to the Head of Tax Advisory, you will report to your line manager and be working alongside a team of experienced tax advisory specialists across all AAB offices as well as liaising with other Business Units to help deliver this service.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be expected to lead by example in the performance of your own duties to encourage other team members coming through the business to do the same.

• Supporting the delivery of advisory services to a portfolio of private clients, acting as a key point of contact for clients where appropriate.
• Assisting with the preparation of a wide range of tax advisory work including but not limited to inheritance tax planning, succession planning, capital gains tax planning, trust structuring, residence/international tax advice, and transaction related tax advice.
• Responsibility for following AAB Tax Advisory processes, as well as other internal processes required in the performance of your duties.
• Financial Management responsibilities including monitoring WIP on advisory assignments, assisting with proposals for new work, raising fees and assisting with proposals for fee uplifts for additional work where required.
• Working closely with senior members of the team to identify and develop potential advisory opportunities within existing client relationships.
