Billing Analyst - 6 Month FTC

We are currently looking for a Billing Analyst to join Zenith on a 6-month fixed-term contract
, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely customer invoicing, resolving billing queries, and ensuring excellent service for a portfolio of customers while supporting Zenith's commitment to outstanding customer experience.

• Manage a portfolio of customers and take ownership of all billing activities
• Produce and issue accurate customer invoices in line with agreed SLAs
• Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes within agreed timescales
• Collaborate with operational and finance teams to deliver prompt query resolution
• Support team objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle ad hoc customer requests and billing queries while maintaining service excellence

• Strong organisational skills with a professional communication style
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take effective corrective action
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
• Proven ability to resolve customer queries and support prompt payment collection
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to managing workloads and priorities

• Salary £26,497.25 per annum
