Senior Town Planner
Location:
Leeds Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Town Planning Consultancy who provides proactive and sustainable solutions to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Town Planner to hit the ground running for their Leeds office. Benefits for the Senior Town Planner role include:

Managing planning projects from inception through to determination and delivery Preparing and coordinating planning applications, statements and supporting documentation Providing strategic planning advice to clients and project teams Undertaking planning appraisals and assessing development opportunities and constraints Leading and contributing to pre-application discussions with Local Planning Authorities Monitoring planning policy and assessing its implications for development proposals Requirements for the Senior Town Planner role include: A relevant degree and/or professional qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline MRTPI accreditation or a clear route towards chartership would be advantageous Strong experience within a planning consultancy, developer or related environment
