• As Shift Leader/ Senior Nail Technician you will be conducting treatments whilst taking on supervisory responsibilities.
• Keep a close eye on day-to-day activities,assistthe Salon Managerin a smooth running of the salon.
• Set the tone for teamwork and positivity, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among our salon staff.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service that aligns with Townhouse’shigh standard sand address any concerns or issues professionally.
• Opening and closing duties,maintain cleanliness and organisation, andassistwith inventory management and stock control.
• Onboard new team members, providing guidance and ongoing support to help them succeed.
• Monitor team performance and address anyconcernspromptly. Work with Salon Manager to implement plans for performance improvement when needed.
• Assistin creating and maintaining staff schedules, ensuring we have the right team in place during busy times.
• Drive salon team to actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets.
• Work within a cluster of salons, you maybe required to work in other salons.

• NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technologyor an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstratepreviousexperience as a Shift Leader/ Salon Supervisor or Senior Nail Technician.
• Must have full time availability, including weekends.
• Have knowledge of nail products, techniques, and current trends.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
