Band 6/7 Speech and Language Therapist within Paediatrics Team in Leeds UK, earning up to £30 per hour Hourly. ASAP Start Ongoing. Full Time – part time will be considered.

What you will do:
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage children with speech, language, and communication needs across mainstream schools and clinics in Leeds.
  • Develop and implement therapy programmes tailored to individual needs, working closely with families and educational staff.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and parents to enhance children’s communication skills in educational and home settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring excellent communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss and plan effective interventions and adjustments for each child.
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
  • Car driver preferable, to efficiently cover various locations across Leeds
