Enhance your mobility and convenience when traveling between schools or clinics across Leeds, providing seamless support to children where they need it most.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage children with speech, language, and communication needs across mainstream schools and clinics in Leeds.
- Develop and implement therapy programmes tailored to individual needs, working closely with families and educational staff.
- Provide training and support to teachers and parents to enhance children’s communication skills in educational and home settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring excellent communication within the team and with external partners.
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss and plan effective interventions and adjustments for each child.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Car driver preferable, to efficiently cover various locations across Leeds
