Senior Occupational Therapist

This is a Senior Occupational Therapist role at Springwood Lodge, a service that supports women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team. The Senior Occupational Therapist will be instrumental in promoting health and independence by delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, along with providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team. The role requires extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience with people who have complex needs, as well as the ability to apply occupational frames of reference and approaches effectively.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate evidence of highly effective clinical reasoning skills and have highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.

You will also have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
