About the roleWe are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our large, well‑established, and friendly MSK team. You will assess and manage GP referrals to our service, received via our highly regarded Self‑Referral Portal. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical reasoning, diagnostic, and treatment skills.

- Experience working in the NHS or with NHS patients, including at least 1 year in MSK
- Relevant clinical knowledge base underpinned by broader physio therapeutic skills
- Experience working as part of a team
- Participation in project / audit activities
- Supervision / teaching of students or physiotherapy assistants
- Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in a busy environment with supervision
- Ability to process, manage and communicate sensitive information in relation to patient care and convey this in an appropriate and clear manner
- A strong commitment to patient care
- Reliable, flexible, motivated, diplomatic team worker who demonstrates appropriate initiative and good time management
- Awareness of own learning style
- Ability to meet the demands of the post, including occasional travel
