What You Will Do:Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the stroke unit.
Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans alongside the multidisciplinary team.
Design targeted exercises and therapy programmes to promote independence and functional recovery.
Provide education and practical advice to patients, families, and carers.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with HCPC standards
.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.
About You:HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience with in stroke or neurology rehabilitation
.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
