  Providing medicines support via telephone.

  Managing medicines in a care home environment.

  Contributing to the achievement of QoF/DES/IIF outcomes.

  Handling acute prescription requests promptly.
• Clinical Audits:
  Conducting clinical audits and reporting findings to the wider Practice and PCN team.

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of health, social, economic, and environmental factors affecting patients. They should also appreciate the nature of Primary Care prescribing, safe prescribing concepts, and strategies for improving prescribing practices.
