, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of complex care — and right now, we’re looking for an attentive Female Support Worker to join our client’s support team.

We are supporting a lovely lady with cerebral palsy who lives at home with her husband. She has a small, established care team, and her husband provides overnight support while also working part-time. We’re looking for an additional team member to join them, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality care and giving her husband some well-deserved respite.

Communication is an important part of her support. She relies mainly on non-verbal cues, so this role would suit someone patient, attentive, and naturally compassionate — someone who will take the time to build trust and really get to know her. You’ll be working alongside two long-standing carers who know her well and provide excellent continuity.

She enjoys getting out and about each day for a coffee, a browse around the shops, or simply some relaxed people-watching, so being a confident driver is essential. She also appreciates support with the day-to-day running of her home. She’s easy-going, enjoys a good laugh, and loves spending time with her two cats in her garden “catio,” which is one of her favourite places to unwind.

As a one to one Support Worker role
, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care in our client’s own home. You’ll help to ensure care is consistent, safe, and tailored to the client’s needs and preferences.

Every day is different — from supporting with personal care, light household chores to driving our client on trips out in the community.

• Part-time – starting at 16 hours per week, with a mix of shifts
• Monday - Friday- 9am-4pm, 4pm – 10pm.
• Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm.
• Rolling rota will be in place.
• Flexibility is key to supporting the client’s lifestyle

• A compassionate, reliable, and proactive individual
• Confident driver (essential – you’ll be driving the client’s vehicle)

• From £12.25 up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
