What You Will Do
  • Support service users from initial assessment through to sustained recovery, delivering psychosocial interventions and structured recovery plans.
  • Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm while promoting resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships to provide tailored, person-centred care packages.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and community services to ensure holistic support.
  • Conduct risk assessments and coordinate onward referrals to appropriate treatment and support services.
  • Implement harm reduction strategies and deliver health education, including overdose prevention awareness.
