As one of The Insiders at IMA, you will rotate across relevant teams to your apprenticeship standard. You will be part of a networkof apprentices and emerging talentacross the agency, working on exciting briefs and gaining exposure to experts from the industry as you develop your skills.

We are looking for inspired thinkers, with something different to say. You don’t need a degree, you don’t need to have a portfolio or a list of letters and numbers on a piece of paper… You just need to be a hard worker with a can-do attitude and some exciting ideas that you want to bring to life.
