With our main office located in Leeds (LS7), Restore7 Ltd. is seeking a caring and driven Rehabilitation Assistant‑Care Worker to join our interdisciplinary team, primarily working in Huddersfield and West Leeds. To help clients with complicated neurological diseases regain their independence and enhance their quality of life, you will assist them in their homes and community settings.

Under the guidance of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or speech and language therapist, you will help with rehabilitation and offer assistance with everyday tasks, including walking, shopping, and personal care. Patience, a person‑centred approach, and effective communication skills are crucial.

• Assist in rehabilitation, collaborating with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physiotherapists.
• Assist people with their everyday tasks.
• Promote self‑reliance and involvement in activities.
• Track and update the larger clinical team on the client’s progress.
• Keep correct records in accordance with care plans.

• Experience working in a support or care capacity.
• A considerate and polite approach.
• The ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Access to one’s own vehicle and a valid UK driver’s licence.

Pay range: £13.40 to £14.00 per hour
