Full Time Support Worker – 37.5 hours per week

Applicants for this position are required to hold a full UK driving licence and be available for the supported living service in Roundhay, Leeds, LS8.

You Will Be Supporting
  • Individuals aged 23 to 31, largely independent and mobile, requiring only verbal prompts.
  • People with diverse challenges including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • We work within a small team of trained staff who are familiar with specific support needs.

  • Regular social activities: shopping, cinema, meals out, parties, theatre and other social events.
  • A structured weekly planner that keeps everyone busy with activities that foster routine and engagement.

What the Home Is Like
  • Victorian detached property with five bedrooms, a sleep‑in room, a cellar and three floors.
  • A small rear garden for BBQs in summer.
  • A sensory room on the top floor for arts, crafts and events.
  • Shared lounge, dining room and kitchen areas; space for family meals and watching news.
  • Good bus service with a stop outside the home and one across the road.
  • Parking available on the side of the property.
