Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking two Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioners to join a flexible, friendly team supporting children in care and care leavers. You will liaise with Social Workers, CAMHS and the CIC Health team to deliver brief, evidence-based interventions after referrals.
These permanent roles are full-time (37.5 hours per week), primarily based in Dorset with Pan‑Dorset travel, and require an Enhanced DBS check.
