Role Overview
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will work within the Integrated Children with Additional Needs (ICAN) Service, providing high-level clinical expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering child and family‑centred, evidence‑based care to children and young people with neurodisability, including autism and learning disabilities. Working across integrated locality hub teams, the ACP will contribute to improving outcomes, promoting inclusion, and supporting children and families to manage their health and wellbeing.
The post holder will also play a key role in leadership, education, and service development in line with the four pillars of advanced practice.
