This is a key position within the clinic, combining front-of-house responsibilities with comprehensive medical secretarial support. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient journey while supporting clinicians in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, welcoming patients and managing check-in/check-out Register new patients and maintain accurate, confidential records Manage clinical diaries and coordinate appointments Respond to patient enquiries via inbox Provide medical secretarial support including correspondence and reports Raise invoices and process payments Liaise with clinicians, patients, and external providers Support improvement of administrative processes About You Experience in front-of-house or medical secretarial role Knowledge of medical terminology and workflows Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using digital systems Proactive approach and commitment to patient care Why Apply?
