PHYSIOTHERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPIST
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join a dynamic outpatient musculoskeletal team at a leading NHS Trust in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients, while also providing mentorship to junior staff. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate evidence‑based treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver high‑quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programmes and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and trust standards.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals.
- Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and assistants.
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and clinical audit activities.
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) - or eligibility to register.
- Minimum of 3 years of post‑qualification experience, with a strong focus in musculoskeletal/outpatient settings.
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Valid IELTS certificate with a score of 7.0+ (or OET equivalent) if you are a non‑UK trained applicant.
- Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Post‑graduate training in areas such as acupuncture, sports therapy or injection therapy.
- Experience working within the NHS or a similar public health system.
- Visa sponsorship and full support with HCPC registration.
- Relocation allowance (up to £2,000) and flight reimbursement.
