Relief Support Worker

£12.85ph plus rolled up holiday pay.

Our service is located in the beautiful rural area of Cookridge, just a few miles from Horsforth, and is easily accessible by car and bus routes from Leeds centre as well as Horsforth train station.

We seek caring, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are motivated and hardworking to join our friendly team that provides high‑quality, person‑centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism spectrum conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide person‑centred care and support in all aspects of daily life, including personal care, domestic tasks and community activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym.
• Take on the role of Key Worker/Co‑worker, helping individuals to achieve their goals, wishes and aspirations.
• Use personal skills and interests (sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, cooking) to enrich lives of our service users.

Training and development:

• Comprehensive training specific to the service, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our training academy.
• Structured induction and values‑led training via Creative Support’s Development Pathway.

Shift patterns available: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins with flexible contracts.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience is required; ideal for experienced care workers seeking a stimulating career path in social care.
• Full UK driving licence; drivers are essential.
