Hestia Charity seeks a Senior Recovery Worker for our Ealing Safe Space, a Mental Health Crisis Alternative Service. You will lead a dynamic crisis/early‑intervention team, manage a diverse caseload, and provide skilled de‑escalation and risk assessment alongside multi‑agency collaboration.
In this role you will guide service users to community resources, supervise junior staff and students, and act as shift lead when required to ensure safe, effective delivery of care.
